When building a personal portfolio, the way content is presented is just as important as the content itself. Recently, I noticed that my typography and spacing choices were creating a "crowded" feeling, making it difficult for visitors to scan my project lists and key highlights effectively.

The Challenge

My portfolio's layout suffered from two main issues:

• Lack of breathing room: List items were too densely packed, causing text to bleed together.
• Hierarchy ambiguity: Subtitles lacked the necessary distinction from body text, failing to guide the reader's eye to the most relevant information.

The Solution

I decided to refactor the CSS to emphasize visual hierarchy. By applying deliberate margins and adjusting font weights, I ensured that subtitles act as clear signposts for the content below.
